Commissions are completed on a first come first served basis
Payment is up front via Paypal or E-Transfer
Regular progress reports will be sent to commissioners at least once per week, including work in progress images
The finished commission will be sent to the commissioner as a high resolution TIF or PNG file
A lower resolution JPG will be posted online for promotional purposes unless the commissioner requests otherwise
